I am a dynamic force in learning and development with a passion for turning big ideas into impactful outcomes. My journey began 20 years ago as a Professional Development Consultant and Trainer. Life has a way of taking you in the direction you NEED to go versus the direction you WANT to go—and life took me to Binghamton University for a BS in Nursing.
As I began my ER/Trauma Nursing career at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City, NY, and then at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL, I realized my superpower: creating clarity in the chaos and empowering others to thrive. I eventually traded the adrenaline of the emergency room for the challenge of Nursing Leadership as a Nurse Manager and then transitioned to transforming workplace training—and I haven’t looked back since.
My story is one of innovation and heart. From spearheading interactive compliance training that employees actually enjoy to building collaborative programs that boost team satisfaction and performance, I thrive on pushing boundaries. Whether I’m introducing cutting-edge e-learning tools, crafting strategies to onboard thousands of healthcare associates, or leveraging my certification from the Jay Shetty Coaching School, my mantra remains clear: great learning leads to great outcomes.
Armed with a BS in Psychology, a BS in Nursing, and an MBA in Organizational Development/Leadership, along with a healthy dose of curiosity, I blend my clinical expertise with a knack for instructional design. I’m not just a leader; I’m a builder of bridges—linking the needs of frontline workers to the vision of organizational leaders. My proudest achievements? Empowering 10,000+ employees to find their “aha” moments and championing innovative solutions that simplify, streamline, and succeed.
When I’m not innovating in the office, you will find me coaching aspiring leaders, mentoring professionals, or curating creative solutions for my next big challenge. My story is proof that combining purpose, passion, and people can lead to extraordinary results.
